How many times will you visit my pet?
Although two to three visits a day are the average we can come up to four times a day if needed.

What if I need a service or pet care that is not listed?
We will do our best to accommodate any need that you or your pet may have.

Is there a charge for the pet consultation?
No. The pet consultation is free and at that time we will have you fill out all the pet information forms and get the house keys from you.

What are your hours?
Our office hours are from 8:30 am to 7:00pm. But we are available for contact concerning pet sitting visits.

Can I call to check on my pet while I’m away?
You can call or email to get updates on how your pet is doing.

Are you bonded and insured?
Yes we are licensed, bonded, and fully insured. We are also members of Pet Sitters International

When do you expect payment?
Payment is expected at the end of the pet care service performed. You will be left an invoice on the last day of service.
